This is a sales role. Up and Running Physical Therapy is growing, and we're hiring a Client Sales & Enrollment Specialist to lead phone conversations, handle objections, and enroll new clients into care. This is not a front desk, receptionist, or administrative position. You will be responsible for speaking with prospective patients, guiding sales conversations, and helping the right people commit to starting care. What this role exists to do Your job is to turn interested leads into completed evaluations by running high-quality discovery calls and following up consistently. You are responsible for leading sales conversations, handling objections, and converting interested leads into completed evaluations. Core responsibilities * Conduct discovery calls with prospective patients * Respond quickly to new leads via phone, text, and email * Follow up persistently and professionally with warm leads * Ask thoughtful, direct questions to understand goals, fears, and roadblocks * Confidently explain how our care is different and why it works * Address objections around cost, timing, and uncertainty without backing down * Challenge hesitation respectfully when it's in the person's best interest * Schedule evaluations and ensure strong show-up rates * Track and take ownership of your performance metrics This role is fast-paced, focused, and measurable.
