Position Summary The position requires account management nd email skills Inside Sales * Talking to existing Nanopro customers about our new product developments * Assist with order entry, invoicing, and updating customer accounts * Emailing event updates to new customers * Digital marketing ability and versatility with emails, etc * Support team members with data entry, filing, and general office tasks * Assist with scheduling, product documentation, and basic recordkeeping Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous warehouse or office experience preferred, but not required * Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Canva, Shopify) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and work independently in a small team * Good communication and customer-service skills Key Attributes * Reliable and punctual * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Able to adapt to changing tasks and priorities * Team-oriented problem solver Contact Alex or Justin at the front desk.
