Position Summary

The position requires account management nd email skills Inside Sales

• Talking to existing Nanopro customers about our new product developments
• Assist with order entry, invoicing, and updating customer accounts
• Emailing event updates to new customers
• Digital marketing ability and versatility with emails, etc
• Support team members with data entry, filing, and general office tasks
• Assist with scheduling, product documentation, and basic recordkeeping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or office experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Canva, Shopify)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a small team
• Good communication and customer-service skills Key Attributes
