Residential and Small Commercial Sales Estimator/Project Manager Hercules Fence is a premier fence and perimeter security company in the VA/DC/MD area. We are looking for a success-driven Residential and Small Commercial Sales Estimator/Project Manager who will be responsible for all types of residential fencing, gates, and operators. Qualified candidates will have an entrepreneurial mindset, seeking financial success. This position is based out of our Ashland, Virginia location. Pay: Starting at 50k (DOE) plus commission. Company vehicle use to and from worksites. Core Job Functions and Responsibilities * Analyze site characteristics and client needs to prepare estimate * Manage projects effectively to ensure profitability * Develop detailed job folders with estimating forms * Accurately order materials for the project * Communicate with crews and subcontractors to clarify scope and schedule * Oversee and handle installation process to ensure customer satisfaction * Maintain/grow existing client relationships while building a network through new business and customer relationships Key Qualifications and Skills * Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work well individually and with a team * Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills * Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision * Ability to prioritize and manage several projects * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Desire to achieve financial success * Great aptitude and ability to quickly learn industry products, installation standards and Hercules's values Job Requirements Minimal General Education * High School Diploma * College Degree Desirable Minimum Working Experience * Experience within the fencing industry preferred * Prefer 1-3 years of construction industry experience Other Requirements * Must be authorized to work in the United States * Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record Hercules Fence Company, Inc. is a successful and diversified leader in our industry.
