Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for homeowners who want to sell their property. You will manage all inbound leads and ensure they are qualified and converted into sales appointments. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and follow up on potential sales opportunities and persistently work to turn leads in our CRM into qualified appointments. Key Responsibilities: * Take inbound phone calls and respond to inbound web leads from potential clients * Follow up with leads to ensure they are properly qualified and converted into sales opportunities * Set appointments for the outside sales team to meet with potential clients * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and appointments in our CRM * Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities * Meet or exceed established lead and appointment conversion goals Qualifications: * Desire to continually learn and grow (growing people change!) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Proven experience in a lead management or inside sales role * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Proven experience with technology and customer relationship management software * Must demonstrate strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate digital tools with speed and precision Education: * High School Diploma or GED required Work Environment: * Fast-paced office environment * Evening and remote weekend work may be required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid training Work Location: In person
