Compensation: $175,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts * Use a variety of social media and company's website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around * Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal * Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld * Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing * Follow the team plan * prospect leases as well as investment properties Qualifications: * Familiar with leasing regulations * A proven record of sales experience and success * Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written * Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies * Must live within daily driving distance to the office * Real estate license * Must have working rights in the USA About Company M and M Commercial Real Estate leads the industry, closing 4.5 transactions every business hour, more than any other real estate investment firm.
