What You'll Do * Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Understand and identify customer needs to match them with the right vehicles from our wide selection of high-quality used inventory. * Build long-term customer relationships through honest communication and follow-up. * Stay current on inventory, promotions, and financing options. * Maintain a strong knowledge of market trends and competitive offerings. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals (with plenty of rewards along the way!). * Use our CRM system to track leads, communication, and customer history. * Contribute to our positive culture whether that's helping a teammate, celebrating a sale, or bringing the best energy to the floor.
