The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the inside sales strategy, focusing on business development and successful performance of the Inside Sales team. This leadership role is accountable for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales plans that align with corporate goals. The Inside Sales Manager will identify new market opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and work cross- functionally to improve sales processes and business outcomes. In this role you will analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities for informed decision-making and planning. You will tap into your sales expertise to inspire and coach your sales team to success. * Direct and manage the daily operations of the Inside Sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and achievement of sales targets. * Recruit, onboard, and mentor Inside Sales Representatives , fostering a culture of feedback, continuous learning, and high achievement. * Build and sustain a positive, inclusive team environment that values collaboration, accountability, innovation, and recognition of individual and collective achievements. * Develop team members' sales skills, optimize strategies, and set clear performance expectations. * Track and analyze team performance against KPIs and sales goals, partnering with your Sales leadership to proactively address gaps and drive continuous improvement. * Effectively manage daily activity metrics utilizing Salesforce, ensuring both individual and team results meet or exceed expectations. * Demonstrate Servant leadership, maintaining high attention to detail and exemplary time management. * Consistently deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective 1:1s, team leadership, and strategic execution. * This role requires some travel for team meetings, collaboration sessions, training events and trade shows. * 10+ years of Mortgage experience is required. * Other duties as assigned.
