The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of life or health insurance experience (as an agent or wholesaler) and a strong interest in helping agents succeed in the annuity marketplace. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of agents, sharing Indexed Annuity opportunities and updates. * Recruit and onboard new agents who are looking to grow their business. * Collaborate with carrier partners to strengthen relationships and maximize value. * Contribute to marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and business growth initiatives.
