'We are seeking a dedicated Pawn Broker and Sales Associate to join our team in the US. Based at our location, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and facilitating retail transactions that align with our company's values.' ' Assist customers with pawn transactions, including appraisals and loans. * Manage merchandise displays and stock levels to ensure an appealing shopping environment. * Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items to maximize sales. * Operate POS systems accurately for sales and cash handling. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. * Support inventory management through stocking and merchandising. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.' ' Proven experience in retail sales or pawn shop operations. * Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities. * Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math. * Supervisory experience is a plus. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to upsell products effectively. * Knowledge of merchandising and stock management. * Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
