Our company is hiring for an Insurance Producer - This position is for someone with sales experience. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in property and casualty and/or life and health insurance OR is seeking a newly established licensed professional seeking to further their professional career in insurance! Further, the position is ideal for a sales professional that enjoys using a variety of communication channels (in-person and online) to discuss how insurance can be used to solve customers' problems. The Insurance Agent will primarily be responsible for educating potential clients on the importance of insurance and helping them find the right policies for their needs. Responsibilities: * Pay close attention to details. * Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks. * Maintain good relations with clients. * Be a leader and mentor to junior insurance agents.
