Job Overview We are seeking one knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana budtender to join our team. As a budtender, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their unique needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and responsible consumption will help create a welcoming and informative environment for our customers. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized service while staying in state compliance. * Educate customers about different cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, topicals, and their effects. * Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs. * Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. * Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed. * Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. * Guide responsible consumption practices. * Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping and working experience. Skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. * Proficient in cash handling and basic math for accurate transactions. * Experience operating a POS system and cash register. * Sales skills to promote products effectively while meeting customer needs. * Ability to supervise stock levels and assist in inventory management. * Knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates and topicals. * A passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to ongoing learning.
