Inside Sales Representative - Collegiate Coppell, TX | Hybrid (Tue-Thu in office) We're seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth across collegiate bookstores and career colleges. This role is perfect for a hunter + relationship builder who thrives on creating new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts. What You 'll Do * Prospect and engage new collegiate accounts through calls, email, and virtual meetings. * Re-engage "lukewarm" accounts and grow relationships within existing bookstores/career colleges. * Partner with distributors to promote and sell our leading healthcare apparel brands. * Collaborate with marketing, S&OP, merchandising, and design to deliver customer-focused solutions. * Manage pipeline and opportunities in Salesforce/Hubspot, providing accurate forecasts. * Deliver impactful presentations to decision-makers at all levels. What We 're Looking For * 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in new business development. * Comfortable with both cold calling and relationship management (not dialing for dollars, but proactive and fearless). * Strong CRM experience (Salesforce/Hubspot preferred). * Highly motivated, energetic, and collaborative. * Experience in healthcare apparel or education-related sales is a plus.
