Job Overview Shane Smith Law is a well-established and reputable law firm with 20+ attorneys and 100+ team members dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. With a commitment to excellence, we specialize in personal injury. As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated, motivated, personable, and proactive individual to join our team as a Relationships Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting and building relationships with chiropractic offices, law firms that do not specialize in personal injury, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to effectively communicate solutions that align with our services. The Relationships Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining long-term partnerships and enhancing the overall client experience. Duties * Represent Shane Smith Law and to be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the firm and our practice through presentations and one-on-one meetings * Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including chiropractors, and other law offices * Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction * Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns promptly * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients * Adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines for sales and marketing * Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Skills * Bachelor's degree (required) * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly * Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with people * Problem-solving abilities to address issues effectively and efficiently. * Organizational skills to manage multiple relationships simultaneously while prioritizing tasks Benefits * Paid Holidays * 10 days PTO - the longer you are with the firm the more you have! * Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) * 3% matching contribution to simple IRA * Progressive Service Recognition Join our team as a Relationships Manager, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' success while contributing to the growth of our firm!
