Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales presentations to prospective customers. * Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. * Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities. * Engage in upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts. * Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on lead generation and market penetration. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable. * Strong cold calling skills with the ability to initiate conversations with potential clients. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. * Familiarity with software applications related to sales management and lead generation. * Ability to upsell products or services effectively based on customer needs. * Strong problem-solving skills combined with a customer-focused mindset. * Experience in direct sales is a plus, along with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
