As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team. Job Description As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients via phone, email and text and try to schedule quality appointments for our Sales Consultants to close. You will be the first touch with clients and help set the tone for their experience with the company. This role will teach you the basics of solar and leads many to move on to become Sales Consultants and further their careers. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Prior real estate, mortgage and/or insurance industry history a plus.
