Obsidian Edge is currently hiring an AT&T Account Representative to support our AT&T Fiber campaign in the Charlotte area. The AT&T Account Representative role focuses on working directly with local homeowners and residents to introduce and sell wireless and fiber solutions designed to improve connectivity, reliability, and overall household performance. As an AT&T Account Representative, you will serve as a point of contact between AT&T Fiber and residential customers. You'll help explain available services, answer questions, and assist customers with selecting the best wireless and internet options for their needs. We provide full training, hands-on support, and clear growth opportunities for individuals who are motivated and customer-focused. AT &T Account Representative Responsibilities: * Engage with homeowners and residents regarding AT&T Fiber and wireless service options. * Present solutions clearly and professionally based on customer needs. * Assist with new account setups, service upgrades, and plan adjustments. * Educate customers on wireless connectivity, internet speed, and installation timelines. * Maintain accurate records and follow campaign procedures. * Consistently meet performance goals while representing AT&T positively. * Collaborate with team leaders to improve outreach and customer experience. AT &T Account Representative Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Interest in sales, customer service, or account management. * Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. * Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required, training is provided. * Professional attitude and willingness to learn. * Comfortable working directly with residents in their local communities.
