What the job looks like day to day * Talking with customers, asking good questions, and helping them figure out what actually fits their needs. * Learning our vehicles well enough to explain options without confusing people. * Making sure customers feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. * Working alongside a team that shares information and helps each other out. * Following up, staying organized, and doing what you say you'll do. What we 're hoping you bring * You're comfortable talking with people and building rapport. * You take pride in how you present yourself. * You can explain things clearly without sounding scripted. * You work well with others and do not mind asking for help or offering it. * Sales experience helps, but experience in hospitality, service, or customer-facing roles works too.
