IM=X Pilates and Pilates South OC is having a third location now! IM=X Pilates & Fitness currently has three locations, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo and Lake forest. Our new Lake Forest location is hiring a part time/ full-time sales and marketing specialist. It will be your job to provide our members with great customer service, sell private, semi-private class packages & memberships, and your commission is coming from all the sales from you. In person marketing is the other mandatory job for you. Including but not limited to Lake Forest Farmers market, tabling and pop up events with other businesses and in person marketing, etc. Your need to be: * Excellent customer service skills * Self starter * Experience with Mindbody software a plus, but not required * Previous membership sales a plus * Positive outgoing, energetic attitude * Excellent communication skills * On -time, reliable and team player * Social media, email blast and graphic design Your Duties: * Welcome guests and members with your positive personality and a smile! * Promote and sell memberships * Maintain a clean and professional work environment * Participate in marketing and content creation Our Requirements: * Friendly and outgoing personality * Membership sales a plus * Ability to multitask * Polished image * Reliable transportation Perks of working at IM=X Pilates & Fitness * Full-Time: Approx. 30-40 hours per week * Complimentary Pilates class before or after shift * Staff training discount for instructor training * Ability to become instructor in the future with a higher hourly pay Job Type: Part- Time / Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement Shift availability: * Day Shift (Required) * Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week Application Question(s): * Have you ever done the in person marketing before?
