Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within assigned accounts. * Utilize and track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. * Engage in warm calling strategies to generate leads and expand the client base. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating value to clients. * Analyze account performance data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Requirements * Proven experience in account management or business development roles. * Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques, including negotiation skills. * Familiarity with Excel and/or CRM software. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively. * Experience in technical sales is a plus but not required. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
