As a Management Trainee, you'll begin your career learning the fundamentals of sales, customer service, and client relations. From day one, you'll be immersed in training workshops and mentored by experienced leaders who will guide you through every stage of your development. You'll gain real-world experience meeting with customers, helping households access reliable wireless services, and learning how to lead teams, manage accounts, and drive performance. This program is designed to set you on a clear path toward management. * Management Trainee ResponsibilitiesEngage face-to-face with community members to explain and enroll them in essential wireless service programs. * Provide excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and professionalism during the enrollment process. * Participate in daily leadership and sales workshops to build communication, team management, and decision-making skills. * Collaborate with team members to reach daily and weekly performance goals. * Learn how to manage client accounts, track sales performance, and lead by example. * Develop the ability to coach and mentor new team members as you progress in the program. Management Trainee Requirements * Strong people skills with the ability to connect, listen, and communicate effectively. * Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. * Interest in building a career in leadership, management, and sales. * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to take initiative. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but not required, training is provided. * Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week Benefits: * 401(k) Work Location: In person
