The Field Marketer will represent the agency in the community, building relationships with referral sources and promoting our services to potential clients and their families. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including nursing homes, senior centers, rehab facilities, hospitals, physicians ' offices, and community organizations. * Schedule and conduct in-person visits to referral partners on a regular basis. * Represent the agency at health fairs, community events, and networking functions. * Provide educational materials and presentations to referral sources and community groups. * Collaborate with the intake and management team to convert leads into clients. * Track outreach activities and results, providing regular reports to management. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and community needs. Qualifications * Previous marketing, sales, or community outreach experience (home care or healthcare experience preferred). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Professional appearance and positive, approachable personality. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel. Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $40,000 - $55,000/year, depending on experience. * Potential for performance-based bonuses.
