What We Offer: * Employee Ownership (ESOP) - Build long-term wealth * Competitive Pay + Commission * Multiple Healthcare Options (Medical, Dental, Vision) * 401(k) with Company Match * Paid Time Off & Holidays * Company-paid Short-Term, Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance What You 'll Do: * Business Development & Sales * Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts * Sell material handling or dock & door solutions (based on division) to both existing customers and prospects within your region * Identify and generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and leveraging market knowledge * Present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations * Customer Relationship Management * Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with clients and decision makers * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, driving retention and loyalty * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions * Sales Administration & Quoting * Produce accurate and competitive quotations using internal system * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution * Conduct product demonstrations for potential and existing customers * Track activity, forecasts, and industry trends using CRM tools * Including all other responsibilities/duties as assigned What You Bring: * 2+ years of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment - material handling or dock & door experience a plus * Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred * Ability to develop strong business relationships with corporate clients and decision makers * Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills * Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals * Valid Driver's License and clean driving record - daily travel required * Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on various roles as part of the sales team * Knowledge of material handling, industrial warehousing, or industrial equipment is a plus Ready to take control of your career and your future?
