Job Summary Are you a problem-solver with a passion for wildlife and a talent for communication? We are looking for a high-performing Wildlife Sales Inspector to drive growth by turning property inspections into closed service contracts. You will perform detailed structural inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify wildlife entry points and provide homeowners with permanent, humane solutions. This is a high-energy role that combines animal biology, construction knowledge, and professional sales. Key Responsibilities * Drive Revenue: Convert company-provided leads into service contracts for wildlife exclusion, damage restoration, and preventative maintenance. * Comprehensive Inspections: Conduct attic, crawlspace and exterior structural inspections to identify active infestations, entry points, and potential vulnerabilities in the construction of homes and businesses. * Strategic Pricing: Develop and present professional, value-based proposals. You must be comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections on-site. * Relationship Management: Manage the customer experience from the initial inspection through the signing of the contract, ensuring a high "closing ratio." * Safety & Logistics: Safely navigate roofs and ladders as well as attics and crawlspaces. Manage your daily sales calls and follow up with leads to ensure high closing rates. Qualifications * Sales Track Record: 2+ years of experience in In-Home Sales , B2B Sales , or Home Services (e.g., roofing, HVAC, pest control). * Closing Skills: Proven ability to hit and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to explain technical biological and structural issues in a way that creates urgency for the buyer. * Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn wildlife biology and construction standards quickly to provide accurate estimates. * Self-Starter: Highly motivated by commissions and performance-based incentives. * Physical Stamina: Comfortable climbing tall ladders (up to 32-40 ft), walking on roofs, and entering confined spaces (attics/crawlspaces).
