Full description of the position

We are seeking a reliable and organized Sales Suport and Scheduling Coordinator to work out of our Addison, IL office. This is a full-time, in- office position focused on handling inbound customer communication and supporting the sales team with scheduling and follow-up. Responsibilities * Answer inbound customer calls * Assist customers with general questions * Follow up on previous appointments * Schedule in-home consultations and showroom visits * Greet walk-in customers at the showroom * Document customer interactions in the CRM * Follow call scripts and procedures Qualifications * Customer service or office experience preferred * Comfortable on the phone * Basic computer and data entry skills * Reliable and organized Schedule * 5 days per week total * 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday, one weekday off) * Saturdays: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM IND6 Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Experience: * Customer Support: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
