Offer the information needed for them to make an informed decision. - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor along with organizing merchandise on shelves and restocking them when they become low or empty - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Demonstrate product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the store inventory so you are prepared to make an upsell to customers through recommendations - Carry out other store administrative tasks as directed by the owner or Store Manager - Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business - Assist with inventory management and stock room organization Qualifications: - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Highly organized with attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously - Previous experience in sales is a plus, preferably in retail, but mostly applicant must be good with the public and self-motivated to get the job done.
