About 360 Contracting 360 Contracting is a growing residential and light commercial contracting company specializing in painting, renovations, and property improvement services. We are committed to quality workmanship, clear communication, and strong customer relationships. We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative who is confident working directly with customers and motivated to grow business through both company-provided opportunities and self-driven outreach. Compensation and benefits- Base salary plus commission Target first-year total compensation of $65,000 to $100,000 Opportunity for advancement as the company continues to grow Location- Based out of Lee's Summit, MO, with service coverage throughout the Kansas City metro area Position summary- The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound sales activity. This role is highly customer-facing and includes conducting on-site consultations, preparing estimates, and managing the sales process from initial contact through signed agreement. The role works closely with internal production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project execution. Key responsibilities- Promptly follow up with company-provided leads and inquiries Proactively generate new business through outbound outreach, referral development, and community engagement Conduct on-site consultations to assess project scope and customer needs Prepare, present, and follow up on estimates and proposals Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, and follow-up activity Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the sales process Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure accurate job handoff and expectations Participate in local events or networking opportunities to support business development Meet or exceed monthly sales activity and revenue goals Represent 360 Contracting professionally within the community Qualifications- Prior outside sales or customer-facing sales experience preferred Experience in construction, home services, estimating, or field sales is a plus Comfortable discussing pricing and providing on-site estimates Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the local service area What success looks like- Timely and consistent follow-up on inbound leads A steady, self-generated sales pipeline Accurate estimating and smooth handoff to production teams High customer satisfaction and repeat or referral business Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
