Your Main Objectives - Entry Level AT &T Assistant * Engage directly with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, primarily in a field-based setting, to introduce the value and benefits of AT&T Fiber and Wireless services. * Conduct thorough, consultative sales presentations and assessments to identify specific customer needs and successfully match them with the perfect AT&T Fiber internet and TV packages. * Skillfully overcome objections, negotiate deals, and finalize new sales contracts, consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets. * Maintain an in-depth, up-to-the-minute understanding of all AT&T Fiber products, pricing, promotions, and competitive advantages to clearly articulate value propositions. * Cultivate and nurture strong, positive relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and generating repeat business and referrals. * Efficiently manage designated sales territories in the Sacramento area, planning and executing daily activities to maximize outreach and sales productivity. * Accurately complete all necessary sales documentation, customer agreements, and daily sales reports in a timely and compliant manner. * Actively participate in regular Entry Level AT&T Assistant team meetings, training sessions, and coaching activities to enhance sales techniques and contribute positively to the overall team dynamic.
