Job Summary: As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building relationships with new and existing customers, educating them on their insurance options, and helping them find the best coverage to meet their needs.*No prior insurance experience is necessary*-- we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Educate customers on available auto, home, and life insurance policies. * Generate and follow up on leads through warm calls, referrals, and networking. * Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving concerns. * Accurately process policy applications, changes, and renewals. * Maintain detailed records in our CRM system to track client interactions and follow-ups. * Stay up to date on State Farm products and industry regulations. * Work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales goals. Qualifications & Skills: * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. * Excellent customer service skills with a positive, solution-focused attitude. * Sales mindset with a willingness to learn and apply effective selling techniques. * Attention to detail and ability to process policies accurately. * Adaptability and openness to coaching and feedback. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess client needs. * Effective time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM systems and office software. * High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). * MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN GEORGIA PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE & LIFE, ACCIDENT & SICKNESS LICENSE * No more than a 45 minute commute including traffic Compensation & Benefits: * Base salary plus commission, allowing you to earn more as you grow. * Flexible schedule including Hybrid and part time * Performance-based bonuses, incentive and pay increases * Licensing assistance to help you obtain your insurance license. * Health insurance options available. * Opportunities for career growth within our agency. * A supportive and positive team environment. * Paid time off and additional incentives.
