Job Description We are looking for a motivated and creative Graphic Designer / Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design work and customer interaction. You will assist customers, create estimates, create visual designs, and help drive sales in a fast-paced, team- oriented environment. Responsibilities * Create graphic designs for customer projects * Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide design solutions * B2B Outside Sales weekly * Assist customers with product selection and sales transactions * Prepare and revise designs based on customer feedback * Maintain a clean and organized workspace * Support daily store operations and teamwork Qualifications * Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Sales or retail experience is a plus * Creative eye with attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred (but not required) * Previous experience in a print/vinyl shop, sign shop, or retail design environment * Basic knowledge of printing or production processes Why Join Us?
