: We're hiring full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our sales team. This is a full-time role with a guaranteed hourly base pay plus commission. We're looking for individuals who are competitive, driven, and eager to succeed in a professional sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and present products and services in a sales setting
• Close sales and earn commission in addition to your guaranteed hourly base pay
• Meet individual and team performance goals in a full-time sales representative role
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training

• Strong communication skills and professional presence
