Full description of the position

Advanced Business Graphics, Inc. is looking for a full-time Client Support Specialist (Account Manager) who thrives on ownership, follow- through, and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who naturally puts clients first, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in making things run smoothly from start to finish. At ABGI, we act as an extension of our clients' teams. The Account Manager plays a critical role in delivering "The ABGI Way" by providing high-touch service, clear communication, and proactive support. This position works best for someone who is organized, adaptable, and energized by collaboration. Location: DFW Area preferred This role is designed to be in-office , though exceptions may be considered for truly exceptional, high-performing account managers. As a Client Support Specialist at ABGI, your day will likely include: * Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts * Managing ongoing client relationships with a high level of care and accountability * Researching products and preparing quotes and proposals * Managing orders and overseeing projects through completion * Coordinating timelines, deadlines, and execution with internal teams and suppliers * Proactively communicating with clients regarding project status, timelines, and changes * Troubleshooting issues and stepping in when things don't go as planned * Maintaining accurate client records, files, and systems * Identifying opportunities to improve processes and the overall client experience * Using technology and AI tools to work efficiently and accurately This role works best for someone who: * Takes full ownership of their accounts and outcomes * Is comfortable jumping in and figuring things out without rigid instructions * Learns quickly and adapts as priorities shift * Communicates clearly and follows through consistently * Uses technology to stay organized and productive * Brings steady, positive energy to client relationships Required Skills: * Prior experience managing key accounts or client relationships * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams * Strong organizational and follow-through skills * Comfort managing multiple projects and details simultaneously Preferred Skills: * Experience with print and promotional products * Familiarity with quotes and proposals * Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) * SAP Business One experience * Understanding of manufacturing or production workflows What Success Looks Like: * Clients feel supported, informed, and confident working with ABGI * Projects move smoothly with fewer surprises * Issues are identified early and handled thoughtfully * Strong, long-term client relationships are built and maintained * Account management is efficient, organized, and proactive Why This Role Matters Our clients stay with ABGI because we make their lives easier.
