Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities. * Engage with clients via telemarketing to promote our products and services, emphasizing value propositions tailored to their needs. * Manage and update customer information within CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate records of interactions and sales activities. * Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, demonstrating strong persuasion and negotiation skills. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement. * Follow up with leads and existing clients to foster long-term relationships and identify upselling opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering appropriate solutions. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market. Skills * Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales environments. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. * Familiarity with technology sales, technical sales, or business development processes. * Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently, including warm calling strategies. * Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients. * Knowledge of marketing principles related to lead generation and client engagement strategies. * Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
