Role Summary We are seeking a high-energy Business Development & Community Marketing Representative who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and can represent Elevate Workforce with confidence and professionalism in the community. This position blends customer development, marketing outreach, and public relations to drive new partnerships and strengthen existing customer relationships. Youll connect with construction, marine, manufacturing and industrial businesses, promote Elevate Workforce, and maintain an active presence at local networking events, trade organizations, and community partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of a company, building a sales pipeline, and driving results. Key Responsibilities ? Develop and grow relationships with construction, marine, manufacturing and industrial companies in the Mobile area ? Identify new opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and community engagement ? Represent Elevate Workforce at community events, networking groups, and business partnerships ? Build a consistent sales pipeline and track activity using CRM tools (calls, meetings, contacts, follow-ups) ? Deliver staffing solutions and workforce plans customized to each customers needs ? Strengthen relationships with current customers through jobsite check-ins and service follow-up ? Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure customer success ? Support marketing efforts through brand awareness outreach and customer PR Required Qualifications ? Construction, marine, manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred ? Strong communication skills and a professional presence ? Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance ? Ability to pass drug screen and background check ? Self-starter who can manage priorities, schedule meetings, and follow through consistently ? Comfortable working in the field, traveling locally, and meeting customers on jobsites Preferred Qualifications ? Experience in staffing, labor solutions, or workforce management could be helpful ? Confidence using Microsoft Office / Google/Tempworks tools for reporting and tracking leads ? Strong ability to negotiate, build value, and close opportunities ?
