About the Role We're looking for a charismatic, reliable, camera-confident Evening Live Sales Associate to host our nightly live sales across platforms such Whatnot-style apps, and our internal sales channels. This role is retail-facing online, there is no in-person store. Your work happens entirely on camera and behind the scenes. You'll represent the NWE brand live, presenting rare plants and collectibles, interacting with customers in real time, and ensuring a seamless sales experience from presentation to order processing. This role is fast-paced, performance-based, and central to our nightly revenue operations. Key Responsibilities Livestream Hosting & Sales * Host high-energy nightly live sales across multiple platforms * Present rare plants and collectibles with accuracy, clarity, and confidence * Engage with customers via chat in real time answering questions, upselling, and keeping the show flowing * Maintain professional on-camera presence consistent with our brand aesthetic Show Preparation & Organization * Assist with prepping plants and products prior to the show * Maintain organization and flow of items during live sales * Ensure each item is displayed clearly and described accurately Sales Coordination * Track claimed items accurately during the livestream * Communicate with the packing/fulfillment team to ensure correct order processing * Flag customer issues, questions, or special requests to the team Operational Support * Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the livestream space * Assist with simple behind-the-scenes tasks that keep shows running smoothly Qualifications Required * Confident and comfortable speaking on camera * Friendly, engaging personality with strong communication skills * Ability to multitask and stay focused during live shows * Tech-savvy; able to learn livestream tools quickly * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented * Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25-30 lbs Preferred * Experience in sales, livestreaming, retail, or customer service * Knowledge of houseplants, rare aroids, cactus, or collectibles * Ability to follow structured systems and SOPs * Experience interacting with digital audiences in live settings Benefits * $17 -$22/hour DOE * Paid time off (PTO) * Target based bonuses * Employee discounts on rare plants and crystals * Hands-on experience with high-end, collector-grade specimens * Clear pathways for growth into sales, content creation, or operations Why You 'll Love Working Here This is an opportunity to join an ambitious company during a major growth phase.
