Vehicle Acquisition Agent - Oakes Auto Group Oakes Auto Group is growing, and we're looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Agent to join our winning team. This role is critical in helping us source high-quality vehicles directly from private sellers, service drive customers, and inbound seller leads. Responsibilities * Prospect and connect with private sellers through outbound calls, digital outreach, and lead follow-up. * Engage with service drive customers to generate appraisal opportunities. * Build trust and rapport with potential sellers to maximize acquisition opportunities. * Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals and valuations. * Complete purchase transactions with professionalism and transparency. * Consistently hit acquisition targets while representing the Oakes Auto Group brand. Qualifications * Previous sales, acquisition, or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus). * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to build quick rapport and create trust with potential sellers. * Self-motivated and driven to achieve measurable results. * Organized and detail-oriented in completing purchase transactions.
