Customer Enrollment Associate Responsibilities: * Connect with customers in person to explain AT&T's wireless services and broaden service awareness * Work with customers to explain the different benefits, perks, and features available * Enroll customers into services that fit their daily needs while building relationships with them for long term customer success * As a Customer Enrollment Associate, process sales orders for customers at their place of residence to get them set up with ease * Assist with wireless account setup, service upgrades, and basic troubleshooting * Maintain accurate records of customer information and wireless transactions * Represent AT&T wireless services with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset Customer Enrollment Associate Qualifications: * Previous customer service, canvassing, and sales experience are a plus but not required * Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members * Genuine interest in helping customers and solving problems * Time management skills to answer customers questions promptly * Willingness to learn and grow in sales and customer service * Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
