Task(s) Summary: Meet with clients and put together estimates for a variety of potential new project (residential and light commercial) Responsibilities: * Meet new clients with a goal and expectation of working with them (sales) * Prepare project estimates and submit them to clients * Maintain contact with clients and initiate sales * Facilitate through the design process (if part of the project) * Perform initial site walk with Project Manager * Answer questions throughout the course of the project Required Skills: * Knowledge of construction * Ability to read blueprints * Great communicator, both verbally and in text * Good with numbers * Average computer skills * Good memory * Must have high attention to detail * Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time-management and problem-solving skills * Strong ability to "think on your feet" * Positive attitude & self-starter * Team player Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Referral program Work Location: In person
