You will be the face of our brand, responsible for proactively initiating conversations, building consumer interest, and successfully scheduling qualified in-home consultations for our sales team. Your Role & Responsibilities Your primary mission is to generate qualified leads by engaging with members in a fast-paced retail setting. You will: * Engage Proactively: Confidently and warmly approach customers to initiate conversations about their home improvement needs. * Build Interest: Deliver compelling, brief presentations of our products and services. * Schedule Appointments: Successfully identify homeowner needs and schedule them for a no-cost, in-home consultation with our design team. * Manage Your Station: Oversee the setup, breakdown, and professional appearance of your in-store promotional kiosk. * Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments. * Be the Expert: Accurately track lead information and study our training materials to become a product knowledge expert.
