This is not a typical retail job. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for proactively initiating conversations, building consumer interest, and successfully scheduling qualified in-home consultations for our sales team. • Target Earnings: $65,000 - $85,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Bonuses)
• Solid Foundation: $20.00 per hour base pay
• Unlimited Upside: Uncapped commissions (Our top performers earn $100,000+)

Responsibilities

Your primary mission is to generate qualified leads by engaging with members in a fast-paced retail setting. You will:

• Engage Proactively: Confidently and warmly approach customers to initiate conversations about their home improvement needs.
• Build Interest: Deliver compelling, brief presentations of our products and services.
• Schedule Appointments: Successfully identify homeowner needs and schedule them for a no-cost, in-home consultation with our design team.
• Manage Your Station: Oversee the setup, breakdown, and professional appearance of your in-store promotional kiosk.
• Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
