* About Us Farmers Insurance District 50-05 is growing across Alabama. This hybrid role allows you to serve clients in Saraland, AL and surrounding areas , while receiving hands-on training and mentorship at our district office in Mobile. With 95+ years of brand strength and the University of Farmers training program, we prepare you for long-term success. Responsibilities * Work with local families and businesses to provide Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance. * Participate in district-led training sessions in Mobile. * Build a sales pipeline through referrals, networking, and community engagement. * Deliver excellent customer service and policy support. Requirements * Must obtain Alabama P&C and Life/Health licenses (sponsorship provided). * Customer service or sales background preferred. * Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial drive.
