Sales Manager - Digital Marketing & Team Leadership Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Commission Total
Compensation

About the Role
My client is seeking a Sales Manager with proven experience in digital marketing sales leadership. This role requires someone who can motivate, manage, and hold accountable appointment setters and closers , while driving revenue growth through innovative sales systems and strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has hands-on experience with Closed.io and Go High Level , and is passionate about building high-performance teams that consistently exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring processes, tools, and systems maximize productivity.
- Team Management & Motivation: Coach, mentor, and inspire appointment setters and closers to consistently achieve results.
- Sales Process Optimization: Design and refine workflows to streamline lead management, opportunity tracking, and conversions.
- Training & Development: Conduct weekly sales meetings, roleplay sessions, and ongoing coaching to sharpen skills and drive performance.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with prospects and clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention beyond the initial sale.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to align goals and messaging.
- Extreme Accountability: Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and maintain high standards of execution.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing and motivating sales teams in digital marketing or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Closed.io and Go High Level platforms.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Compensation

- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
