The AT&T Sales Team Member supports residential customers in choosing the right mix of AT&T internet, cell phones, and wireless accessories, backed by clear explanations and a service-first mindset. As an AT&T Sales Team Member, you will master listening and clear communication to connect customers with the right services--from high-speed internet to mobile devices and residential family plans. Through professional, personable support, the AT&T Sales Team Member will empower them to make confident, lasting decisions for their connectivity. Core Functions of the AT &T Sales Team Member * Showcase in-person demos of AT&T's cell phones, wireless devices, internet, and bundled services with accurate product positioning that underscores customer value. * Clarify the features and benefits to residential homeowners of AT&T products, illustrating advantages that support informed customer decisions and reinforce brand credibility. * Execute activations, upgrades, and account transactions with precision, administering inventory accuracy, data documentation, and compliance with AT&T standards. * Address billing and service concerns through solutionfocused communication, correcting issues to improve satisfaction and strengthen customer retention. * Partner with AT&T Sales Team Members and supervisors to coordinate strategies, align goals, and drive campaign performance across AT&T's residential telecom services. * Safeguard compliance and data security protocols to protect customer information, uphold integrity, and maintain AT&T's professional standards. Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Sales Team Member * High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field preferred. * Experience in customer support or sales within telecommunications, wireless connectivity, internet services, or subscriptionbased industries. * Strong communication and problemsolving skills to explain AT&T's product suite, resolve service concerns, and build customer trust. * Organized, proactive, and adaptable approach with resilience to thrive in fastpaced service environments while meeting satisfaction goals. * Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools to manage AT&T accounts, track performance, and streamline workflows. *Job Details for AT &T Sales Team Member * Job Location: Corona, CA. AT&T Sales Team Members will be required to come to our office daily in Corona and will then go out to assigned residential communities throughout the Inland Empire area. * Employment Type : Full-time - about 40-50 hours per week * Client : AT&T * Compensation : Commission-based - AT&T Sales Team Members make between $800-$1200 per week; average daily earnings range from $80-$155 per customer enrolled, all employees are required to complete 1 sale per day.
