NOW HIRING for an Entry Level Outside Sales Rep in our office! Candidates eager to learn and willing to grow are encouraged to apply! * Company Vehicle * Company Cell Phone Apple IPAD - - IS PROVIDED *MUST HAVE A CLEAN MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Base Pay is $20.00/hr+ ( Commission , Signed Agreement Bonuses , ) Outside Sales Rep job duties include but are not limited to: * Responsible for making outside sales calls on prospects and existing clients * Sales Calls can consist of Face to Face Cold Call , Over the Phone Cold Call, Email, Voice mail, Client Management Call * In person meetings with clients and prospects * Building and Maintaining Relationships * Introducing and Utilizing the Inside Team to develop and introduce new clients * Daily Stand Up Meeting with Inside Team at 8:30 am * Report back to the office daily , between 4:00 - 4:30 pm The Outside Sales Rep main focus is to gain job orders and company agreements while maintaining existing client relationships. An Outside Sales Rep will have resources such as a team of Inside Sales along with continuous Sales Training to encourage growth. Outside Sales Rep Qualities include but are not limited to: * Ability to reach decision makers and have excellent time management * Excellent communication and administrative skills * Leadership * Goal Oriented * Tenacious * Team Player Outside Sales Rep Skill Set include but are not limited to: * Marketing , Utilizing Emails - Mailers , Etc. * Strong Cold Call Communication * Willing to adapt and learn the industry through training * Understands the significance in multiple touches to gain a client This position provides various PAID training in the first 30 days . Training consist of virtual , shadowing, partnering with another Sales Rep and your own personal trainer.
