Coast Surgical is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Associate Sales Representative (ASR) to support surgeons, collaborate with medical teams, and help bring innovative technology to patients across an assigned territory (Sacramento / Fresno / Reno). This role offers structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a supportive environment where your growth and confidence are priorities. Duties and Responsibilities * Grow and manage your territory by developing strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, administrators, and dealer partners. * Present product overviews, training sessions, and tailored business plans that support customer needs. * Attend surgeries, trade shows, and team training events. * Use CRM tools to track opportunities and support strategic planning. * Participate in structured onboarding, continuous development, and collaborative team learning. * Ability to lift 35 lbs for equipment or event materials. Requirements * Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. * Comfortable in surgical/operating room settings. * Confident communicator with strong presentation skills. * Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. * Complete hospital credentialing, including vaccination requirements. Preferred * B.A. or B.S., ideally in Health Science, Biology, or a related field. * Outside B2B sales experience. * Distribution experience. Travel/Location * Local travel: approximately 95%. * Business expenses reimbursed. * Eligible for incentives and promotional opportunities.
