Calling all HVAC Technicians! You're invited to join Team Gilmore! Now offering up to $5,000 sign-on bonus! Excellent Compensation: $80,000 - $200,000 average earnings; our top Technicians make an average of $200,000 per year ($25.00 - $35.00 hourly, plus up to 15% commission on revenue). Summary/Objective: Responsible for performing HVAC service, maintenance, and warranty work requests. Our HVAC Service Technicians must be exceptional, delivering the most efficient, highest quality customer experiences in residential HVAC repair and maintenance. You will be a part of a dynamic and passionate team demonstrating technical competency and ensuring desired monthly sales goals. Qualifications: * Must have at least 2 years residential HVAC experience * EPA Certified * Must be able to lift 100 lb. air conditioning and refrigeration equipment * Excellent communication skills. * Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR Now let us wow you ...
