Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BMW Client Advisor to join our premier sales team. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional interpersonal skills with comprehensive product knowledge to deliver an outstanding luxury vehicle purchasing experience. This role is perfect for motivated sales professionals who excel at consultative selling, building long-term relationships, and consistently exceeding goals in a luxury automotive environment. Responsibilities * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and preowned BMW vehicles, accessories, and related products * Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements * Guide clients through the entire purchase journey from initial contact through delivery and postsale followup * Present and demonstrate BMW vehicles with indepth knowledge of features, technology, and competitive advantages * Execute professional test drive experiences and close sales effectively using strong negotiation skills * Demonstrate thorough understanding of financing options, insurance products, and lease programs * Conduct meticulous vehicle deliveries that exceed expectations, including complete feature reviews and Service Department introductions * Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, community involvement, and digital outreach * Maintain detailed client records using CRM system * Stay current on BMW product line, inventory status, competitive vehicles, and automotive technologies including ADAS * Participate in ongoing BMW training, certification programs, and professional development opportunities Qualifications Required: * Proven automotive sales experience with track record of meeting or exceeding goals * Valid driver's license with clean DMV record * Strong negotiation, closing, and customer service skills * Excellent communication and time management abilities * Selfmotivated with competitive drive and resultsoriented mindset * Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Professional appearance befitting a luxury brand Strongly Preferred: * BMW or luxury/highline automotive brand experience * Background in "big ticket" item sales Ideal Candidate Traits: * Highly motivated team player with competitive edge * Innovative problem solver who simplifies complex information * Confident communicator who quickly builds trust and rapport * Detailoriented with strong followthrough * Resilient with positive attitude and ability to recover from setbacks Benefits: * Competitive commissionbased compensation with unlimited earning potential * 401(k) retirement plan * Comprehensive insurance (health, dental, vision, life) * Paid time off * Employee vehicle purchase program and discounts * Professional development and training assistance * Dynamic, supportive team environment About Gebhardt Automotive Inc At Gebhardt BMW, we're more than just a dealership; we're a team of automotive enthusiasts dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience to every customer in Boulder, Colorado.
