ENS Security is a leading provider in Design, Development, Manufacture & Distribution of Surveillance (CCTV), Low-Voltage and Networking Products which was founded in 2000. ENS Security is headquartered in New York and has branch locations in California, Florida, Texas, and Illinois . ENS Security, a CCTV wholesaler, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative, Account Manager with a focus of bringing in new accounts and growing the accounts of current customers. The Sales Executive should embrace a sense of urgency and be able to overcome objections while achieving sales targets through solution based account management by upselling, cross-selling and retaining to new customers. The role offers an hourly base salary and uncapped commissions (very lucrative). We are seeking a candidate who has a book of business and has performed in business to business sales in the security industry. The role is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, onsite (not remote), in our Wood Dale, Illinois branch. Essential functions and duties: * Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers. Regularly engage with the clients to understand their business needs, challenges and requirements. * Meet or exceed sales revenue generation targets through product offers to clients and negotiating prices. * Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and update client information, track interactions and generate sales forecasts. * Make 50 cold calls per day. Qualifications: * 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, preferred in Account Management * CCTV experience is a plus. * Prior experience with Salesforce and Acumatica is a plus Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (K) Plan, PTO Job Type: Full-time Commissions: Uncapped earning potential.
