Tipton & Hurst is seeking a highly motivated and energetic full-time retail sales associate at our Heights location. As a sales associate you will spend time developing customer relationships and assisting customers with their floral orders or suggesting gift merchandise for a special occasion. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and assist with walk-in customers seeking our expertise for various circumstances, ensuring that Tipton Hurst standard of expectations is met. Curate personalized gift options for customers based on needs. This may include putting gift baskets or bags together, dressing plants with requested containers or accessories, or helping with basic design needs, as necessary. * Assist in maintaining a clean, orderly, and visually appealing shop. * Willingness to collaborate with other team members (including members from other branch stores), enthusiasm to learn and grow, and passion for working with people. * = Retail sales experience. * Ability to lift to 30 pounds with ease. * Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers. * Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. * A positive attitude and lots of smiles.
