The Tracy Thompson Agency with American Family Insurance Agency in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team! About the Role: As a Sales Representative, you will actively market, prospect, and sell American Family Insurance products. You'll build strong customer relationships, identify client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. You'll also help grow our brand presence by participating in local community events. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain effective customer relationships * Prospect for new business and utilize consultative selling techniques * Promote brand awareness through community involvement * Multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment * Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous experience in professional sales (prospecting, cold calling, networking, quoting, presentations) * Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person) * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications * Solid understanding of basic math skills * Property & Casualty insurance license required prior to start * Life & Health insurance license preferred (must obtain within 60 days of employment) * Valid driver's license Schedule & Compensation: * Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm * Competitive base salary plus commissions and performance-based bonuses Benefits: * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off Location: 255 Corporate Center Drive, Ste A, Stockbridge, GA Remote Work: Open to discussion This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career and grow with a respected American Family Insurance agency.
