Position Overview We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people, providing in-person estimates, and closing deals. This role includes on-the-job training, with the duration based on prior industry experience. Responsibilities * Receive company-provided, qualified leads for in-person estimates * Generate additional leads through networking, referrals, and outreach * Meet with clients to assess needs and present customized solutions * Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business * Track leads and follow-ups using our CRM system * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals * Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth client experience Our Services * Pressure washing * Staining and sealing * Gutters * Holiday lighting What We 're Looking For * Strong people and communication skills * Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven * Professional, reliable, and positive attitude * Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required) * Comfortable using CRM and basic office software * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided) * Ability to pass a drug screening Earning Potential Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with quarterly performance bonuses.
